Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Panther Ridge Community Association wants every owner, resident and visitor to be able to use this website and the resident portal, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how the portal is built and maintained.

The standard we work toward

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance. We review our own pages and fix problems as we find them.

What we have done

Pages are built to work on phones, tablets and computers, and the layout adjusts to the width of your screen without sideways scrolling.

Text uses high contrast colors, and you can enlarge text with your browser's zoom.

Forms use visible labels, and error and confirmation messages are written in plain language.

Navigation, forms, menus and buttons can be used with a keyboard, and the item you are on is highlighted.

Buttons and links on phones are sized to be easy to tap.

Known limitations

Some documents uploaded to the Library, such as scanned PDFs or older governing documents, may not be fully readable by a screen reader. If you need one in an accessible form, ask us and we will provide it.

Our payment page is provided by Stripe, a third party. We rely on Stripe to keep its checkout accessible.

Some content, such as photographs added by residents, may not have a full text description.

If you have trouble using any part of the site, or you need information in another format such as large print, plain text or a printed copy, please contact us. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and what got in the way.

Review of this statement

The Board reviews this statement at least once a year and when the portal changes in a significant way.
